  • Deactivation (within 3–10 days): Once we verify your request, your account is deactivated within 3 to 10 days. Your profile is no longer accessible and you are signed out of the platform.
  • Permanent deletion (after 90 days): Your personal data is retained for 90 days after deactivation as a recovery period. After 90 days, your account and associated personal data are permanently and irreversibly deleted, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.

You may cancel your deletion request and reactivate your account by contacting us before the 90-day period ends.
